NOVA is excited to announce our new reward program for interacting and engaging with our exhibitors in our Virtual Exhibit Hall at our upcoming Virtual Spring Conference 2021! Visit with our exhibitors at the event for a chance to win prizes!
How does it work?
Easy! Just visit our exhibitor booths during exhibit hours, ask questions, join their individual raffles, engage in the chat, and even turn on your camera if you choose! We have many different opportunities to visit our exhibitors throughout the three day event and we encourage you to visit and engage with as many as possible. The more booths you visit, and the more engaged you are, the more points you earn!
How do I earn points?
Attendees will earn a point for every live exhibit booth that they visit and engage with. Earn additional points by asking questions, checking in via the room chat feature in the booth, etc. NOVA staff will use session analytics at the end of each exhibit hour session to tabulate points.
What do you mean by “engaging”?
We don’t mean pop in and leave after 30 seconds or one minute! Spend at least five minutes in the booth engaging and learning about each exhibitor and the services and products they are offering.
What if I end up in a tie with another attendee?
In the event of a tie, your name will be entered into a raffle for the prize.
What are the prizes?
Our top three point earning attendees will earn prizes! There are gold, silver, and bronze prizes.
Gold = Free Conference Registration for an event of your choosing in the next two years
Silver = $200 Credit to the NOVA Online Store
Bronze = Free Webinar Registration for a webinar of your choosing in 2021
